Zoe Saldana, born June 19th, 1978, was the son of Asalia Nazario, and Aridio Saldana. Her parents, Aridio and Asalia were both born in Puerto Rico. Her parents raised her at home in Queens, New York. When she was 10, she and her parents relocated to the Dominican Republic. They lived in the Dominican Republic for seven more years. Zoe discovered a love to dance while in the Dominican Republic. She started her training in the ECOS Espacio de Danza Dance Academy, where she studied ballet as well as other types of dancing. It was a fantastic opportunity for an active child. But it proved to be also a fortunate precursor for the beginning of her career as a professional. Zoe's family and she returned to the United States when Zoe was 17 years old. She was a dancer with a passion and interest in performing on stage developed. Zoe not only held her own but also gained respect from the likes of Steven Spielberg, Jerry Bruckheimer, Keira, Knightley, Ashton Kutcher and Orlando Bloom. Many of Zoe's co-stars and producers believe that the sky is not her only limit. Zoe has a broad variety of skills, intense concentration and an unwavering determination to take on projects with different characters and subjects. Anyone who has had the pleasure of working with her, or working well will have nothing but praise for the young star. The evidence is that the star has been born and continues to rise. Zoey is a native of Los Angeles. Her career has consistently and vigorously advancing her portfolio, as a producer and actor. Her last film credits include Not Okay (2022), Searchlight/Hulu's, and Something From Tiffany's 2022 and Amazon/Hello Sunshine. These films were both her own productions as well as played as a lead. You can see her in the Focus Feature film The Outfit 2022, directed by Graham Moore. She stars alongside Mark Rylance & Dylan O'Brien. For this role, she was nominated to win the "Best Supporting Actress" award at 2022 BIFA. Deutch, along with Katie Silberman, will team with each other for the sequel to their romantic comedy, Most Dangerous Game. Deutch was a part of Silberman for Set It Up, Netflix's Set It Up 2018 hit.
